1. About these terms
This website is run by Zenora Software ("Zenora", "we", "us") from Cape Town, South Africa. These terms cover your use of the website only. Use of our software, including LodgeFlow and the other Zenora solutions, is governed by a separate written agreement or order form with your lodge or company. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails for the software.
2. Information on the site
We work to keep the content accurate and current, but it is general information. Descriptions of features, solutions and timelines may change. Prices shown are indicative and are not an offer; we confirm final pricing in writing once we understand your operation. Setup times such as "3 to 5 days" are typical, not guaranteed, and depend on things like data quality and the solutions chosen.
3. Enquiries and demos
Sending an enquiry or requesting a demo does not create a contract. A contract exists only once we and your business have both agreed to a written order or agreement. We may decline an enquiry.
4. Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data
- interfere with how the site works, including by sending automated requests that put a load on it
- copy or collect content in bulk by automated means
- submit false, misleading or harmful material through our forms

The site's text, design, images, screenshots, software and branding, including the names Zenora, LodgeFlow, TeamFlow, StockFlow, SalesFlow, AssetFlow, FleetFlow and BarFlow, belong to Zenora or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt or reuse our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.
6. Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites, such as our LinkedIn page. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. No warranties and limits on liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error free or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent the law allows, Zenora is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
