Is this a hotel PMS?
No. It is built for bush camps and safari lodges. It does not try to replace a city-hotel property management system.
Does it work offline?
Daily work continues when the connection drops and updates reach the office when you are back online.
Do we have to replace ResRequest or RoomRaccoon?
No. Reservations stay there. LodgeFlow runs operations alongside them.
Can one group run several camps?
Yes. Reporting rolls up across the group; each lodge keeps its own day-to-day setup.
How long does setup take?
Typically 3–5 days for one lodge, up to about 10 days for a multi-lodge group, depending on how clean the opening data is.
