We start with a conversation about how your property actually runs — rooms, rates, rosters, stores and reporting. From there we configure LodgeFlow to match, load your data, and train your team directly. You deal with the people who build the software, not a call centre.

A single lodge is typically live in 3 to 5 days. That depends on how clean the opening data is (rooms, rates, staff, opening stock) and which modules you switch on. Multi-property groups may take longer because each camp is configured on its own terms, not cloned. So for multi lodge it could take up to 10 days.

No. LodgeFlow sits next to the reservation system you already use. Reservations stay there. Daily operations — guest movement, activities, transfers, rooming, housekeeping, and reporting — run in LodgeFlow. Where the reservation system exposes an API or export, we connect what is useful.

The system is designed for remote properties. Daily work carries on during a connectivity gap and updates reach the office once you are back online, so nothing on the ground grinds to a halt while the signal is out.

You do. Guest and operational data stays yours. On request we export it in full. There is no lock-in clause and no fee for taking your data with you.

The Bar POS add-on (stock control and sales tracking at the bar) and the wider modules — TeamFlow, StockFlow, SalesFlow, AssetFlow and FleetFlow — are priced separately. A one-off setup fee covers configuration, data loading and training.
