How does onboarding work, and how long does it take?

We start with a conversation about how your property actually runs: rooms, rates, rosters, stores and reporting. From there we configure LodgeFlow to match, load your data, and train your team directly. You deal with the people who build the software, not a call centre.

A single lodge is typically live in 3 to 5 days, depending on how clean the opening data is (rooms, rates, staff, opening stock) and which solutions you switch on. Multi-property groups can take up to 10 days, because each camp is configured on its own terms, not cloned.

Do we have to replace our reservation system?

Accepted Answer

No. LodgeFlow sits next to the reservation system you already use. Reservations stay there. Daily operations (guest movement, activities, transfers, rooming, housekeeping and reporting) run in LodgeFlow. Where the reservation system exposes an API or export, we connect what is useful.

What happens when the connection drops?

The system is designed for remote properties. Daily work carries on during a connectivity gap and updates reach the office once you are back online, so nothing on the ground grinds to a halt while the signal is out.

Can one group run several camps?

Yes. Groups run several properties in one system, with reporting that rolls up across the whole operation while each lodge keeps its own configuration and day-to-day view.

What support do we get?

Direct support from the Zenora team, by email and on scheduled calls. Because we build the system ourselves, questions and adjustments go straight to the people who can act on them.

Question 6

Who owns the data?

Accepted Answer

You do. Guest and operational data stays yours. On request we export it in full. There is no lock-in clause and no fee for taking your data with you.

What does the base price include?

LodgeFlow covers daily operations: guest management, activities and transfers, rooming and housekeeping, and reporting, on desktop and mobile. BarFlow, our bar point of sale, is $99 per lodge / month on its own, including kitchen and menu tickets and kitchen stock tracking, or $55 per lodge / month when added to LodgeFlow, with no extra setup fee. The wider solutions (TeamFlow, StockFlow, SalesFlow, AssetFlow and FleetFlow) are priced separately too. A one-off setup fee covers configuration, data loading and training.
